Job Purpose

To be responsible for managing relationships with Corporates and their employees for auto lease.


Job Description

Principle acountability of the Job is key account and relationship management

  • Manage relationship with the corporates and their employees in their Lease related requirement/queries/clarifications,
  • Mining the existing clients for increased business
  • Connect with external vendors (dealerships/manufacturer or Channel) in fulfilling the above requirement of corporates.
  • Coordinate with internal touch points (Ops/Help desk/Credit/Finance etc) to fulfil the requirement of the queries/support required by the corporates
  • Make presentations and conducting sales meetings on awareness of auto lease program – its features and benefits. To represent MFL – Auto Lease team for the given territory/state.
  • Performance Measures :
    • Target Vs Achievement, Productivity, IRR, Cross Selling from Exisiting corporate clients and prospects
    • BD (New Client sign-up and disbursement)/Relationship Management (Customer Retention & activation), Collection (ED/Rental/RV), PDD and TAT
    • Efficiency in communication to corporates, IRR & Amort preparation/ Documentation/ Customer satisfaction, Adopting to new products, Value in Action and Learning

Qualifications, Experience and Skills

  • An MBA with minimum 2 years (for JRM) and 4 years (for RM) experience in Auto lease (Sales/BD or Account Management) or Corporate Sales in the BFSI segment.
  • Excellent Excel/PPT related skill on doing IRR/Amortization/ROI related  calculations/presentations/reports/Macros.
  • Strong corporate network, engaging with corporate and their employees, presentation skills.
